This site is made available to our clients to submit, update and query issues directly within our Client Help Desk.

About WorkCenter

The 'WorkCenter' interface has replaced the 'traditional' interface and while both are available, it is suggested that users start accessing the system via 'WorkCenter' as the other interface will be disabled in future upgrades. All basic functionality (eg, submitting, editing and transition issues as well as adding notes and attachments are the same), however WorkCenter provides additional reporting functionality not previously available.

'Old' UI Login

The traditional/classic interface that you have been using has been replaced by the new Work Center UI.

While you can continue to use this UI for the moment, Micro Focus are no longer supporting this UI and as such no defects identified will be corrected. It is strongly recommended that you review the training videos on the Work Center page and start using that functionality.
